As a trusted NDIS registered provider, we are seeking Casual Support Workers with experience in aged care and dementia support to join our team in Darwin.

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a community where people with disabilities are supported to live with choice, independence, and dignity.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 About the Role
Support a 24/7 SIL participant living in their own home.
Shifts include day shifts, active nights, and passive sleepovers.
Opportunities may also be available to work with other NDIS participants, depending on your experience and best matching.
Build genuine relationships while encouraging independence and connection.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in aged care and dementia support.
A genuine commitment to person-centred, respectful care.
Flexibility and reliability across varied shifts.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

📋 Mandatory Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current Ochre Card (Working with Children)
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module – ‘Quality, Safety and You’
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car

💃🕺 What a Red Nose Disco to remember! 🎉

Our month-long Red Nose Day fundraising efforts wrapped up yesterday with an epic disco full of fun, laughter, and community spirit.

Thanks to the generosity and support of so many wonderful people, we’ve crossed the finish line with a grand total of $1653 raised! ❤️👏

We’re beyond thrilled to have smashed our goal and to know every dollar goes towards making a real difference. A huge thank you to everyone who joined in, donated, danced, and shared the love. 🌟

🎣 The Fish Didn’t Get Away This Time! 🐟

While out on community access the brothers had a reel-y good time down at Nightcliff Jetty last week! Geoff & Deacon showed off their skills and landed some beauties – the kind of fish that make for serious fishing tales 🏆.

No need for “the one that got away” stories here… these ones are big enough to brag about! Now all that’s missing is a side of hot chips and a squeeze of lemon 🍋🍟.

Great company, great catches, and plenty of laughs – that’s what it’s all about! 💙
