Allawah Lodge resident representative are invited to the Allawah Lodge Residents meeting at 10:30am, on the 27th August 2025. Standing Agenda items: General care needs and concerns, complimentary matters, suggestions for facility enhancements, general business, Managers update. At the conclusion of the meeting we will be holding the first Allawah Lodge Food Focus meeting; Agenda items include: Menu review, Special events, Dining environment, Review mealtimes, Other business. These meetings are designed to give a voice to the Residents about general concerns - if residents or family members have a specific concern or complaint relating to the individual, please raise with management through the feedback and complaints handling process. If you would like to raise general business items in either meeting please email mclancy@coolamon.nsw.gov.au by 20th August so that your items can be added to the agenda and addressed appropriately at the meeting.

Every three months we hold a Residents meeting, Trish Newton is our Resident spokesperson and we thank her for her ongoing contribution. All residents are asked individually by Leisure and Lifestyle officers prior to the meeting if they want any issues, concerns or compliments to be raised anonymously in the meeting.
All residents then receive a copy of the meeting minutes after the meeting.
