Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
Scheduling appointments.
Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
Experience & Attributes
Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
Detail-orientated.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Knowledge of Best Practice an advantage.
Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
Neat and professional presentation.

We always do our best to help you, being rude to staff is not ok. During periods when we have Doctors on leave it is difficult to accommodate.Plan ahead if you are getting you last script filled at pharmacy, call that day and book your appointment, do not wait till your on the last week.

Today we raised funds for Breast Cancer, and had fun with pie in the face of our CEO Greg, our Podiatrist Montana and our Receptionist Peta, thanks for being great sports all
