And the shine down upon us after weeks and weeks of rain ... So the most logical thing to do was to head directly to the beach and bask in its glory ☀️

So one of the etiquettes for when we meet in circle is that we need to sit upright on our pillows. And not lean back against the wall all hunched up.

So this is all related to teachings here around posture and how when our spine is curved launched over) blood flows to the survival part of the brain (reptilian brain) as opposed to blood flowing to the frontal lobes associated with critical thinking etc when we have good posture.

So funny today that they proposed this strategy, "our spines are straight” right so if we lie down we will be fully attentive. Ha ha got to love diverse and lateral thinking hey. What a bunch of absolute legends these guys are ✌️

Today with the Monday Magic Crew we delved into the world of appreciation for our parents by opening up the circle to share all the different ways our parents have sacrificed so we have the life we have today.

As a parent myself I very well know that us parents have this dedication to raising our children as a given and we rarely seek or need praise for our efforts. However, I feel it's so very important to shed light on those little and big things and to help these little guys open their hearts and find gratefulness for the people in the world who care about them most.

The conversations that flowed were so beautiful and there were so many "light bulb moments, where the kids learnt that things around their homes are not actually free, but require our folks to work hard for, like power, hot water, grass and gardens and so forth.

Such a wonderful circle, so full of love.

Another epic day with the Grease Monkeys, back on the tools and doing what we do best..... Fixing stuff!!!

Windows, fuses, rust, painting, greasing, oiling and repairing broken parts were just some of the tasks accomplished on Bob the Bus today.

We all learn so much, it warms our hearts and we have an absolute ball. Not sure it could get any better than this ☀️

In circle today we reached into our heart spaces to share our thoughts about each other. We did this by putting our names on a piece of paper and then in turn allowing that paper to rotate around the circle.

For each person we had to feel into what they mean to us, what we appreciate about them and/or a quality we love about them. It was so beautiful seeing the guys really reaching deep to make their compliments meaningful.

Lots of heart felt messages, leaving each one of us with a beautiful piece of paper to reflect on and a deep knowing that we are loved.
