A place where you can come to have all your needs met as you move along your journey to become a parent. (formerly Mini Buddhas Yoga) has blossomed into the business and community that I envisioned. My passion is helping families through the transition of pregnancy, birth and beyond. I am pleased to say that I can accommodate all areas of that with yoga, childbirth support and classes and massage.
