Reflexology is a gentle, noninvasive, totally holistic precise therapy based on the understanding that the feet, hands, face, ears reflect the whole body. Seeing a client with their first appointment, we ask about their health so we know how and where to use our thumbs and fingers to work on the feet, and/or face, ears and hands to help the body and mind to rebalance.
Every organ, gland and body system have a corresponding reflex point in the feet, face, hands and ears.
When these points are gently stimulated, the body responds, not because something is forced but because the body is reminded how to rebalance itself. The initial treatment can start the process of rebalancing how the body and mind function. From memory, it then goes back to how it functioned before. That is why six weekly follow up treatments help the body to function in a longer improved balanced way. Then monthly follow up treatments help to maintain that balance.

Together with other reflexologists, I have seen amazing changes and benefits for so many clients. One amazing one I have experienced is a client who, with her specialists, credited me for saving her life from an autoimmune condition

the body wants to move towards a balanced function, sometimes it simply needs the right support. Your feet, hands, face and ears are not only what they are, they reflect the whole body.
Working on these we or the client can feel something which allows us as a practitioner to focus on it which helps to improve wellbeing.
