We work with NDIS participants across a range of conditions including neurological conditions such as MS, chronic pain, musculoskeletal concerns, and cardiovascular and metabolic health. Every session is EP-led, clinically assessed, and built around your individual goals.

Self-managed and plan-managed participants can access AMC directly. Agency-managed participants should check with their support coordinator.

We donโ€™t always know what it is. And they donโ€™t always tell us. But from the moment they arrive, our job is to meet them exactly where they are. No judgment. No assumptions. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy? Itโ€™s one of the most Googled questions we get. And the answer is yes. But not all exercise is created equal. ๐Ÿคฐ

The research is clear. Regular movement during pregnancy reduces the risk of gestational diabetes, improves labour outcomes, supports pelvic floor health, and makes a real difference to mental wellbeing.

What matters is that the exercise is appropriate, trimester-specific, and guided by someone who actually understands maternal health. Not a generic class that hasnโ€™t been adapted for pregnancy.
