This harmonic combination created an incredibly deep parasympathetic response within the body.

The layering of Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Platinum, Kyanite and grounding Earth frequencies created a sound field that encouraged the brain and nervous system to shift out of busy beta states and into slower alpha/theta states associated with meditation, restoration and deep peace.

There’s something so sweet about returning to home soil (well sand in my case) after a trip overseas…if felt so good to be in my happy place for sunrise with my community, friends, ocean and of course my beloved alchemy bowls 🎶 🏝️. Also feels incredible to be back in the temple full swing healings, readings and getting ready for a new Crystal Tones collection…very blessed and very grateful!
