Jono Freeman Injury Rehabilitation & Movement for Longevity.

Jono Freeman is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Sports Injury Consultant. His knowledge and skills are centred around the Functional Movement Systems, Neurokinetic Therapy and Active Release Techniques. He has a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Nutrition and a Masters of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation)

He is the Director and Head Physiologist at JF Health & Performance, a Sports Performance and Injury Rehabilitation clinic located on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. He is a sessional tutor at Southern Cross University and the Strength and held the Rehab Coordinator position for the Gold Coast Titans NYC. In addition he has presented at national fitness conferences and is a regular contributor to national and international fitness and health magazines.
