Relax, stretch and nurture with these floor based yin asanas designed to open your joints particularly your hips, pelvis and lower back, those areas of the body that tighten as we age. A calming, grounding practice, counteracting all stress and bringing back your vitality. SLOW FLOW - mixed levels / Calm and ground with this slow flow, working and stretching every part of your body, invigorating plus nurturing, balancing your energy and bringing back your vitality. Surely you will come out of class feeling soothed, bringing with you clarity of heart, mind and soul.
