I like this to practitioners aswell it is in my humble opinion always best if you can support your local praccys where they are suited to you and well trained.

Of course there will be times for telehealth but making sure you create local connection is so important especially for health.

I am excited to say I have closed my books for chronic consultations and hypnotherapeutic clients whilst I embrace these last weeks of pregnancy and prepare to welcome in our new addition.

I am still seeing acute clients homeopathically if you are experiencing

A beautiful coconut curried sausages adapted from a skinnymixers recipe.

Now don't worry I am not about to turn into a foodie poster HOWEVER I do think it is so important to know what food you are putting into your body.

This beef is from a 1/4 of a cow purchase from a local grass fed and finished farm. You actually can taste the difference.

Sourcing quality meats, knowing the type.of life they had....priceless.

I'll share some snacks and treats along the ride because I do alot of baking but always forget to film.

Hello Beautiful People,

Some of you may know and some may not that I am currently growing a beautiful new life and am entering the final stages of pregnancy.

What am amazing journey it has been so far seeing so many wonderful new clients, such support and love and progress.

When morning sickness hits it can be so debilitating, especially is you have other little people to take care of, the cooking still needs to be done, the cleaning, and well life in general and that's if you have the luxury to not need to work.

Hypermesis and morning sickness are NOT the same thing, though some of these remedies can help with HG too.

I try to remind myself that it is absolutely okay to feel grateful and happy and excited and also feel like sh*t..

There's no hard and fast evidence as to the cause of morning sickness so do yourself a favour, try homeopathy and thank me later.

Many parents have experienced that middle of the night panic when they wake up to their child coughing and gasping for air.

croup! What a nasty little thing.

For many it means calming their child, steamy bathrooms and possible emergency trips where steroids are prescribed. Now I am all about allopathics in dire situations, medicine isn't all bad, but our extreme over use and suppression of symptoms contributes to a much larger state of illness in life.
