What are we learning over here at Village?
How incredible Reformer Pilates is in supporting our yoga practice! And vice versa.
These two are not so different at the core. Both:
🌟Are movement as medicine.
🌟Balance the mind.
🌟Improve overall wellbeing.
I know my yoga practice has dramatically evolved since introducing Reformer Pilates and I’m not alone. Yoga of course offers us so much which is not comparable to other modalities. However training with weight and resistance which Reformer provides, hugely influences our ability to build strength effectively.
Adding Reformer consistently to your practice improves/ supports:
🌟 Overall alignment and stability in the body, especially for joint health
🌟Balance and coordination
🌟Injury rehabilitation & prevention
🌟Core / abdominal strength
🌟General confidence/ motivation
🌟Increased flexibility & mobility
