I know there's a lot going on in the world right now - both amazing and a little worrying. When you look around, how much genuine happiness can you find? How many people seem to be searching for it in all the wrong places?

Here's a little secret?

Pain, suffering, troubles, worries, anxieties - they don't all start in the mind BUT they can ALL be ended in the mind.

The radical teachings of Buddhism and Yoga alongside the modern power of NLP teach us that mastering your mindset is the number one strength we all have inside us to create inner happiness and contentment, regardless of what the world throws at us.

BUT...

You have to work at it a little.

Why not start today - just this small moment is enough.

Relax your mind completely. Just simply relax your mind and see if you can notice where that next thought comes from. When you notice it, just let it dissolve away, no judgement, no description, no drama. Then continue to notice that quiet place of calm presence that remains. Rest with that for another short moment.

Then...

Rinse and repeat as much as you can remember and watch as so many troubles start to seem a lot less significant.

What we focus on we get more of. Focus on the quiet inner being-ness for short moments, repeated regularly and be amazed how much better you feel.

Time goes so fast! But does it really? Over the years I've caught myself saying things like, life is short, time flies by in an instant.

But as the Genie said to Alladin, your wish is my command.

Everyone says at this time of year, I can't believe another year is almost over.

What are we focusing on when we continually reinforce these words!

Our brain begins to give us exactly what we ask for. The perception of having no time, of getting older, of weeks flashing past so quickly. Of feeling a constant underlying pressure to fit more in to life because it's racing past.

Some years ago, I asked myself what it would be like to reverse this perception.

I've got all the time in the world. That last year seemed to last so long! I did so much!

I have found there are two ways to really make time slow down, to age more slowly, to relax the pressure of time from the mind and to just squeeze so much more amazingness into Life.

Firstly, meditate on the felt sense of timelessness. This Now moment is always the same. In this moment you are ageless, wide open, expansive - free. Many short moments of this throughout the day changes your brain.

Secondly, you MUST bring more novelty into every day. Your brain collapses time into a distant memory when we follow the same routine every day. Time does disappear. But when you shake this up, consciously go out of your way to shift the script, do things genuinely new, your brain has to get off auto pilot and this creates a crack in time.

And so, the timelessness of awareness and the little moments of novelty and magic in your day will keep the wrinkles away better than any expensive supplement.

I've been busy creating little moments of magic in 4 short days in NSW. Felt like a month of fun...

I realised many years ago that most people following a spiritual path would actually do much better with therapy first!!!

It's not enough to simply observe the pattern. You want to liberate it and create new pathways.

We store our traumas, emotions and beliefs in the Unconscious Mind. Meditation just won't get at a lot of this because it has become a shadow. You just don't see it no matter how many hours you close your eyes and follow your breath.

This is when I stopped focussing just on meditation and began re-educating myself as a therapist and coach.

The exciting thing for me was to realise that you don't need 10 years of psychotherapy to talk about your problem. You can re-imprint new programmes in your neural pathways in virtually one session. Change doesn't have to be so hard.

After 20 years of teaching meditation I have become so passionate about helping people create rapid change that I created this 200hr Mind Performance Coaching course.

You learn how to do rapid change work, NLP, Hypnosis, Coaching and Time Line Therapy as well as mindfulness and breathwork.

When was the last time you felt totally ALIVE???
- Nearly everyone I meet at the moment is going through a really tough time.
- People don't know where to turn, who to talk to.
- I see people falling into deep holes. The world seems pretty dark right now. It's easy to lose hope...

Personally, I don't know where I would be if I hadn't learned these incredible tools with NLP, Coaching and Hypnosis that have helped me shift my states and stay mentally strong when I need it most.

I would probably be in a hole also.

I wouldn't be able to help my mum imagine a brighter future after she lost her husband of 60 years a few months back.

I wouldn't be able to help my kids change their emotional states when all they see is an uncertain future.

I wouldn't be able to perform on the tennis court or on the stage if I didn't know how to pull the trigger on confidence and self belief.

I wouldn't be able to keep building my business after 20 years in the game or stay motivated and on purpose.
