I know there's a lot going on in the world right now - both amazing and a little worrying. When you look around, how much genuine happiness can you find? How many people seem to be searching for it in all the wrong places?

Here's a little secret?

Pain, suffering, troubles, worries, anxieties - they don't all start in the mind BUT they can ALL be ended in the mind.

The radical teachings of Buddhism and Yoga alongside the modern power of NLP teach us that mastering your mindset is the number one strength we all have inside us to create inner happiness and contentment, regardless of what the world throws at us.

BUT...

You have to work at it a little.

Why not start today - just this small moment is enough.

Relax your mind completely. Just simply relax your mind and see if you can notice where that next thought comes from. When you notice it, just let it dissolve away, no judgement, no description, no drama. Then continue to notice that quiet place of calm presence that remains. Rest with that for another short moment.

Then...

Rinse and repeat as much as you can remember and watch as so many troubles start to seem a lot less significant.
