Yoga by the ocean has its own kind of magic.ocean 🌊

Practising just steps from the sea allows you to carry that sense of calm straight into the water afterwards.
A gentle swim can help cool the body, relax the muscles, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed.

This is one of the things we love most about our location. sunrise🌇

Feeling wired or flat? Your breath and body temperature play a big role in how you feel.

When we’re anxious or overwhelmed, our nervous system gets stuck in overdrive.
Heat-based practices like Hot Yoga or a gentle sauna session can help activate your body’s natural relaxation response — especially when paired with steady breathing.

Try this next time you need to reset:
1️⃣ Step into warmth, a heated class, a bath, or even sunlight.
2️⃣ Close your eyes and breathe in for 4, out for 6.
3️⃣ Stay with it for a few minutes and notice the shift.

Small rituals like this help your body remember what calm feels like.

Yin yoga is a slow, grounding practice that invites the body to soften rather than push.

Through longer-held poses, it gently supports joint health, mobility, and circulation, while giving the nervous system space to settle.

A chance to slow down, breathe, and reset.

Same 26 postures. Same order. Always different in how it feels.

What it is: A classic, set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Same order each time, so you can switch off the overthinking and tune into your body.

Who it’s for: Anyone who likes structure. Great for beginners who want a repeatable routine and for experienced yogis chasing focus, sweat, and steady progress.

Expect: Heat, detoxifying sweat, simple cues, and a calm, consistent rhythm. Hydrate and bring a towel.

Stillness is powerful too.

What it is: Long, quiet holds targeting fascia and deep tissue: minimal effort, big release.
Who it’s for: Stressed nervous systems, tight hips/backs, runners/surfers — and anyone who needs a reset.
Expect: 3–5 minute holds, props galore, very chill vibes. It’s less “workout,” more “unwind.”

What it is: A blend of flow and stillness — gentle vinyasa to warm the body, followed by yin holds to soften and release.
Who it’s for: anyone who wants both movement and deep stretch in one class; great for busy minds and desk bodies.
Expect: A steady warm-up, then longer holds with props. You’ll leave grounded and clear.

We love meeting people exactly where they are.
Gentle, strong, slow, sweaty - our classes offer something for every body. With plenty of variations and adjustments, beginners are truly welcome, and experienced yogis can deepen their practice too.

If you're around for the holidays, the Holiday Pass is the easiest way to join in.

Not just yoga — this is movement that keeps you surfing, hiking, and living freely.

What it is: A functional mix of strength work and joint mobility — think controlled movements, range-of-motion drills, and stability work to support everyday life (and surfing).
Who it’s for: Beginners through to athletes wanting solid foundations and injury-prevention.
Expect: Slow, intentional reps, props (blocks/strap), and teacher demos. Lots of “feel it, not force it.”
