Is your life a roller coaster?
In yogic wisdom there are three aspects of the mind:
Negative Mind – scans for danger, its protective by nature
Positive Mind – looks for opportunity, its expansive and risk taking
Neutral Mind – holds both negative & positive minds in awareness and chooses an appropriate path navigating you toward your potential, supporting coherent expression.
When the 3 minds are not strong and balanced, our life can feel life a roller coaster 🎢
When the Neutral Mind is strong, something powerful happens:
You pause.
You observe.
You respond — instead of react.
The Neutral Mind doesn’t suppress emotion.
It is aware.
It allows you to feel fully
without climbing on the roller coaster. You stay at the loading dock.
Breath practice, mantra and meditation strengthen and balance the Neutral Mind.
Over time your system learns:
Not every thought needs action.
Not every feeling needs a story.
You are not your thoughts.
You are awareness.
Next time the roller coaster comes around…
Pause.
Breathe.
Witness.
