When you chant Wahe Guru, it has a way of bringing the mind back into a kind of wonder…a sense of expansion & awe.

Chanting is a way of offering ourselves sound therapy & healing.

It attunes your system’s main energy meridians, the sushmuna, ida & pingala, to the vibration of the mantra.

In the case of Wahe Guru - you experience the incredulousness & indescribable bliss of Universal Wisdom.

Chanting, or even listening to Wahe Guru, will dissolve whatever stands between you & embodiment.

Inhale — 5 seconds
Pause — 5 seconds
Exhale — 5 seconds

Repeat for a few minutes
and notice how you feel.

Sometimes the most powerful shift comes from simply slowing the breath.

As the breath slows, the nervous system begins to settle and the mind naturally becomes clearer.

Even a few minutes can change the quality of a moment.

Hi! I’m Ananda

I began practicing yoga in my late teens, drawn by the simple experience of feeling fully in my body.

Over time this curiosity deepened into devoted study, including over 500 hours of training in Kundalini Yoga.

Today I share this practice through classes and immersions designed to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, their breath, and their natural vitality.

My approach is grounded, spacious and deeply human.

Less about performance — and more about creating spaces where people can soften, listen, and reconnect with themselves.

Sometimes the mind is busy.

Planning, solving, debugging, figuring things out.

The practice isn’t about stopping that.

It’s about remembering we can return to the breath, even in the middle of it.

A small practice you might try today:

Inhale — gather your attention.
Exhale — soften the body.

Today is one of those “many tabs open” days while refining the website for the weekly classes.

One thing practice keeps reminding me is that we don’t need perfect stillness to begin.

Even a few conscious breaths can shift the quality of the moment.

I’ll be offering a weekly online Kundalini Yoga class beginning this Wednesday (8th April).

A simple space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Wednesdays · 5–6pm AEST

First class $10 for new students.

An amazing space was created this morning…
✨✨✨✨✨✨

Permission to come back to integrity with ourselves & our experience.

Movement to clear out the energies, subtle and dense, that result when we innocently abandon ourselves for protection.

Self abandoning can look like…

- saying yes but deep down it’s a no. Or vica versa.
- minimising or dismissing your or another’s feelings (it’s not that bad, others have it worse)
- staying silent when something hurts (to keep the peace)
- forcing yourself to “stay positive” when grief or anger is present
- pushing your body beyond its limits to meet expectations
- changing your personality, values, or preferences to be liked

Ask AI how this could look for you & become aware of how you innocently think, behave & act in ways that don’t create safety in your system.

You are not to blame. We create these strategies for safety. And, there’s another way 🫶🙌

Pop along to a kundalini class to support the digestion of those energies clouding your awareness and capacity to shine!

Unwind the nervous system, balance the glandular system and in doing so, bring your sparkle back ✨☀️
