Jana created Zest For Life Wellness Centre with aim to help people to cope with challenges life brings. Jana focuses on highly stressed professionals to guide them to balanced lifestyle without burnout, so they can live their life to its full potential. Breathing techniques, Guided Meditation, Yoga/Pilates postures, and Therapeutic massage are some of Jana’s tools. Her holistic approach to life makes each session unique and tailored to the needs of her clients. Jana is currently is studying Diploma of Ayurvedic Consultation with Dr Ajit, Australasian’s most experienced Ayurvedic practitioner, and she applies principles of this ancient wisdom to her services.

Zest For Life’s logo represents Groundedness and Resilience. Bare muddy feet are symbol of connection to the Earth and Frangipani plant known for its hardiness represents resilience. Our body is just like Frangipani; even if we disconnect from nature, once we reestablished connection with the Earth and nourish our body, we will bloom again.

Jana believes that with connecting with our true self and through finding balance in our life we can regain our zest for life.
