A lil about me. My little fam, spending time together, getting outdoors and reading are my favourite things! Our home is Coolum and we wouldn’t have it any other way 🌊. I get asked quite regularly by clients when is the right time to use heat vs ice. It's a very good question as it is different depending on whether an injury is acute or chronic and then there are varying conditions to take into account as well.
