Passionate about helping young adults reach their full potential? Well, come and join our TRIBE!

Here at TRIBE we firmly believe our support staff are our greatest asset, and strive to provide a team-orientated and supportive culture, opportunities for professional development, and work/life balance with regular shifts and rosters.

We currently have an opening for an experienced support worker to join our TRIBE working in our Group and Individual Support programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to working with young adults with disabilities which reflects a caring and compassionate approach to service provision, and the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with clients and their family/friend networks.

Previous experience in disability, education, or youth work would be preferred (including lived experience as well as previous employment) and you must have (or be willing to obtain) the following:
• Current drivers license and insured vehicle
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
