Newcastle I'm excited to be coming back home to share my unique bodywork! I first learnt Remedial massage in 1997, then I went on to learn lomilomi and kahuna bodywork, from there to craniosacral therapy, this is a culmination of many years work, being with people and genuine experience. Cultivating vitality in body, mind and life!

The time has presented itself and I'm honoured to be joining the .movement as a bodywork facilitator in their Pathway to Freedom retreat in the Gumbaynggirr Country at the Coffs coast for ten sun-filled, technology free days. ​​​​​​​​

The retreat offers a combination of purification ceremonies and life-changing concepts to reset hearts, minds and nervous systems to fresh and leave us with powerful tools and awareness on all areas of our lives. ​​​​​​​​
