Ankle injuries can be stubborn especially if you’re dealing with stiffness, swelling, or pain months after the initial injury.

The Jaw 💭🪡👄TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction symptoms typically include jaw pain, clenching, difficulty chewing, and a clicking or popping sound when opening or closing the mouth. Patients may also experience headaches, earaches, and facial pain due to the tension in the surrounding muscles. Additionally, TMJ can cause limited movement or locking of the jaw, making it difficult to fully open or close the mouth. These symptoms can significantly impact daily activities and overall quality of life. Ask me to treat your TMJ if you have any of these symptoms! 🙌🏽

The Body Carpenter just had its 3rd Birthday! 🎈💆🏼‍♀️🥂 There have been so many accomplishments for myself & the business in the last three years… from being hired for multiple sporting events in Queensland, to keeping some of Sunshine Coasts professional athletes in tip-top shape to perform, and offer my everyday clients long hours to meet their family & work needs.
