Are you an experienced SIL Coordinator with a passion for making a real impact in High Intensity environments?

Shine SC is on the lookout for a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of Supported Independent Living (SIL)properties and lead high-quality, person-centred service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone confident working with:�🔹 Complex behaviours & mental health�🔹 Medication administration�🔹 Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)�🔹 High intensity participant needs

✨ What we’re looking for:�✔️ Background in disability, nursing, allied health, psych or social work�✔️ Experience in High Intensity SIL coordination (Essential)�✔️ SIL operational knowledge within the NDIS framework�✔️ Qualifications (Cert IV or above) in Health or Community Services�✔️ Assist Clients with Medication, MHFA, First Aid/CPR�✔️ Driver’s licence, NDIS worker screening, police check
