Dear All.. After careful consideration I have decided to put a halt on my iAspire yoga mat Pilates and Barre business and give my full time focus to my little boy. Thank you to my clients for the support through the years. Never say never I may start the business again in the future, but for now all my focus is going on being a mumma ♥️

Reflecting on tree pose and it’s benefits; this pose strengthens your legs, glutes, core, and back. Tree Pose can improve your posture and alignment, which is especially helpful if you sit throughout the day. Hoping everyone is managing some time on the mat! Missing you all but enjoying the sweet moments of new born snuggles whilst on maternity leave. I know I’m going to look back on this time and wonder how it went by so quickly!
