Christmas can be a little challenging even though it's supposed to be the most joyful.

Things I like to do to:
🎵 Listen to Saturday night fever - bopping like Travolta (music that makes me feel GOOD).
📞 Call my friend who I grew up with (She knows me well and we laugh at all the silly things we do - AKA no judgement).
📚 Read a A Court of Thorns and Roses (IFYKYK).
🎧 Listen to DYFM (self development podcast- reminds me not to engage in behaviour that doesn't serve me).

I used to think that I needed to plan something extravagant to make the day feel ‘right’. But in-hindsight the best gift I can give myself is no expectations and just go with the flow. 💚
