I do face to face readings at Kindred Spirits Fernvale, 1508 Brisbane Valley Highway, Fernvale; on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. I also offer Messenger readings. I do a 3-6 card layout and send you the reading via Messenger with a picture of the layout and explanation of how the cards fit into the reading. Prices:-

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 31 MAY - 6 JUNE 2026

Knight of Wands

Hi everyone!

Key words are:
Charismatic, bold, daring, action, movement, motivation, taking charge and fearlessness. Burnout, impatience, recklessness, arrogance, impulsiveness, and frustration.

The Knight of Wands can also represent a (possibly younger) person who is either a fire sign (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) or just someone who highly energetic and enthusiastic… or they need to be pulled into line. 😳

This week’s card is about action! Getting things done. If you’re looking at moving house, launching a project, or thinking about a different approach to things; this is the week to do it! You have the energy and the drive this week, however, you may lack some patience. If you encounter obstacles to your progress; rather than getting frustrated and making rash decisions, have a look at what other options there may be.

Be mindful of anyone over promising and the potential of under delivering and try not to be that person yourself. Enthusiasm and energy are great, just be careful of burnout.

Believe it or not, this isn’t a great week for stability in relationships. If you’re in a committed relationship, it’s the week to do fun things together and inject a bit of spontaneity if things are feeling a bit stale. For new ones just enjoy it and see where it goes.

The Knight of Wands is asking you to get started on things and step out your comfort zone, but don’t be reckless. This may be a time for action, but it’s not time to burn yourself out by overcommitting yourself. Further, ask yourself if your current approach is helpful or harmful and act accordingly.

Personally for me, the Knight of Wands is telling me to start putting my plans into action.

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 24-30 MAY 2026

2 of Pentacles
0 - The Fool

Hi everyone!

I’m going to do something a bit different this week, because this combination interestingly has many similarities, so I’m going to break it down.

While 2 cards are about balance/imbalance, The Fool is about taking calculated leaps of faith/jumping in boots’n’all with no forethought. Both are about responsibility/irresponsibility.

There may be a few doors opening this week, whether that be career, relationships or investments. While this combo encourages you to take a "leap of faith", there’s a need to remain highly adaptable, maintain balance, and avoid impulsive decisions that could lead to overcommitment. There will need to be room for compromise, and you will need to hold space for that.

You may find yourself trying to balance any new opportunities with existing obligations. Multitasking is required, just be mindful that trying to keep too many plates in the air rarely works out.

This week calls for you to prioritise wisely - act only on what is sustainable, pace yourself and let things flow, and don’t force anything - reckless or high-stakes gambles are not worth the mop up.

I think this is a great week to progress with anything you’ve been sitting on, just weigh all your options up first before taking those first steps!

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 17-23 MAY 2026

Knight of Pentacles

Hi everyone!

Key words for this card are:

Reliability, patience, work ethic, financial planning, job offers, commitment and stability. Stagnation, boredom, stubbornness, overworking, rigidity, instability and job losses.

This week’s card is an interesting one - this week we are looking at maybe a new job, or a promotion; but we also really need to assess if this is the stable path we want for our future. If you’re feeling overworked or stuck where you are, maybe it is time to put the feelers out!

Be careful with investments. Do your research and act accordingly, jumping at the first good looking offer, may not pan out the way you hoped.

A great week for committed relationships, you’re on the right path! It may not be starbursts and rainbows all the time, but there’s stability and a joint drive to grow. If you’re feeling unsure about where you stand, this week is the time to really look at what you want and aim to address these issues - what ever that may look like to you and your life.

This week is definitely about future planning and long term investments on many life levels - not just monetary.

Just like last week, this card is asking you to take a long-term view. You are in control of your life and you need to invest wisely. Be open to every pathway - don’t be too quick to dismiss what doesn’t necessarily fit your view.

Personally for me, the Knight of Pentacles is telling me to really look at the future and what I want that to look like.

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 10-16 MAY 2026

3 of Wands

Hi everyone!

Key words for this card are:
Strategy, forward planning, progress, adventure, travel, what you put in you get back and opportunities. Frustration, delays, lack of foresight, feeling restricted and lack of strategy

This week’s card is an excellent follow on to past weeks, as it is a transitional card… The past few weeks you’ve been planting seeds; planning, strategising and prioritising. This week sees those seeds germinating, and will be the “tell” on how much effort you’ve put in, as to what returns you can expect.

3 of wands can be largely about business, so if work is the forefront for you this week, expect feedback!

This card is literally the “one for one” card… If you’ve put 100% effort into your business, health, relationships, career, etc; you can expect 100% return. If you’ve been cutting corners, you can expect that your results will reflect that.

Some of us may feel a sense of “fear paralysis” this week, where things aren’t quite working out. Take this week to really analyse where you’re falling down and explore your options - if you’re not feeling ready for something, remember that being stuck is more comfortable than taking the step into growth. Where would you rather be?

This card is asking you to take a long-term view and embrace change. You are in control of your destiny and have the personal capability to bring your visions to life.

Personally for me, 3 of Wands is telling me to get on with it! Water the garden!

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 3-9 MAY 2026

VIII - Strength
VII - The Chariot

Hi everyone!

Key words for this card are:
Inner Power, taming passions, compassion, willpower, success and overcoming obstacles. Weakness, self doubt, insecurities, loss of control, aggression and loss of focus.

Both cards ultimately represent triumph, through different approaches. Strength emphasizes inner fortitude, compassion, and controlling raw passion, while The Chariot represents willpower, determination, and overcoming external obstacles through focus.

This is a fantastic pairing after last week’s card, because it’s now time to drive forward on things, giving you the strength and focus to act on any ideas or options you have bee exploring. Before you do push forward though, it’s a good idea to align your intentions with your values before acting.

You may find yourself being tested in patience and direction this week, or potentially hitting a rough patch. Focus inwards, reflect and prioritise what you need to achieve, while maintaining your values and boundaries. If it means a loss in an area of your life; that thing or situation may never have been meant as a permanent fixture, so think about alternatives, or cut it loose and move forward. Patience will be needed.

This combination is about alignment, values and mastery, so they’re asking you not to make any rash decisions before acting!

Personally for me, this combination is telling me to get my ideas in order and go ahead with them!

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 26 APR-2 MAY 2026

XXI - The World

Hi everyone!

Key words for this card are:
Completion, achievement, fulfillment, travel, integration and lessons learned. Stagnation, lack of closure, unfinished business, short cuts and delays.

This week’s card is the last card of the Major Arcana. It generally represents the closing of one chapter of life, and the beginning of a new one. There’s a lot going on this year - especially this time of year, and even week, so it’s no surprise that this card has popped up!

For many, it’s time to move to the next chapter… You’ve achieved all you need to at this point, so that section is finished, the goal has been reached and it’s now time to celebrate the hard work you’ve put in and step into the next stage!

For others, you could be stuck on something… Seeking closure or dwelling on it; not wanting to let go of the comfort of your current space. If you’re struggling with letting something go, now is the time to tie off those loose ends!

This isn’t the week to cut corners. Doing a could create frustrating and avoidable delays. Make your goals realistically achieveable.

This is a fantastic week for celebrating accomplishments, the journey, relationships reaching a new level, and finding a balance between the spiritual and material worlds. It’s also a good week for travel, particularly overseas travel, so get planning!

The World invites you to reflect on your journey, honour your achievements, and tune into those spiritual lessons. Celebrate your successes and take in the joy of having brought your goals to fruition!

Personally for me, this card tells me to tie off the loose ends and start to get those plans in action!

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 19-25 APR 2026

Page of Wands

Hi everyone!

A tad late… had some dramas these past few days, starting with having to get my horse float towed after it blew wheel bearings, 2 hours from home! Everyone is ok!

This was the card for the week a couple of weeks ago, too, but is a nice follow on from last week’s card!

Key words for this card are:
Adventure, inspiration, new ideas, cheerfulness, energetic, fearless, free-spirited, potential, and exploration. Hasty, impatient, lacking ideas, procrastination, immature, boring, unreliable, and feeling uninspired.

This week is largely about discovering your own spark and having the courage to act on your inspirations.

You may feel like you’re lacking somewhere, feeling uninspired or overwhelmed with the tasks at hand… This is the week to be proactive in the areas of your life or work that have you feeling this way.

There’s new things around the corner, so keep an eye out for them!

There could be some bad news on the horizon, but if you spend this week working things out, that bad news may not be as bad as you think… Just remember there’s opportunity in everything!

The Page of Wands is a messenger (of energy, movement and intuition), letting you know that if you’re not feeling it now; it’s in the wings. Keep your eyes open and grab those opportunities as they come!

Personally, this card means that this week is not the time to stagnate. I need to keep moving, even if it’s one step at a time!

CARD FOR THE WEEK: 12-18 APR 2026

9 of Pentacles

Hi everyone!

Key words for this card are:
Success, independence, confidence, financial security, luxury, self-discipline, appreciation. Financial dependency, poor planning, excessive materialism, superficiality, needing to build self-worth

This week is largely about financial independence, self-sufficiency, reaping the rewards of hard work, and a little bit of luxury!

You may have a realisation this week along the lines of; “I did this! Me!” Or “I achieved this!” and it’s time to give yourself a pat on the back! Things may not have reached fruition yet, but you can see all the pieces falling into place.

Alternatively you may find yourself in a “poverty thinking” space; you’re time poor, struggling with finances or you’re just not making progress. This week you really need to look beyond the surface level of things… If you’re operating in superficial spaces, you need to dig deeper and put in the effort to planning so you can get to where you want to be.

The 9 of Pentacles is reminding you that you already have the skills, and/or the resources to create and achieve your own security and happiness. You don’t need to be overly reliant on anyone else to fulfill your needs.

Personally for me, this card means that this week is the time to really assess where I’m at and give myself a little me time and self care… That also goes for you!
