Wellness Wednesday ✨ Long hours, whether sitting, standing, or moving, can impact your posture. Try these 3 easy standing stretches to reset your posture and reduce stiffness during the workday:
1️⃣ Chest opener
Clasp your hands behind your back, gently straighten your arms, and lift your hands away from your body while opening through your chest. Hold for 20–30 seconds.
2️⃣ Upper back stretch
Interlace your fingers in front of you, round through your upper back, and gently push your hands away as you tuck your chin slightly. Hold for 20–30 seconds.
3️⃣ Neck mobility stretch
Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold briefly, then repeat on the other side. Move gently and stay pain-free.
Small movement breaks can make a big difference in how you feel by the end of the day 🙌
