Dana, Trent, Sharon and Jasmin had the pleasure of attending the Ultimate Physio Physio Symposium last week at the Marriott on the Gold Coast 📖🥳

It was a wonderful couple of days filled with great insights and the opportunity to connect with like-minded Clinic Owners, Physiotherapists and Practice Managers, along with some inspiring and motivational talks from Olympic Gold Medalist Nat Cook and others 🥇🧠🗣️🤩

It was also lovely to spend some quality time together outside of work 🫶😊 and of course finishing off a long couple of brain-powered days with some well-deserved downtime at the Gala Dinner event. I must say, we scrub up pretty nicely!!

And a big thank you to Dana for being the best boss ever!! 😁 can we do this every year?? 😆😉

Quick reminders:
• Unclench your jaw and drop your shoulders
• Take 3–5 slow, deep breaths
• Get up and move, even for a few minutes
• Prioritize sleep and small breaks
