Kath Nash has been teaching Yoga Chi-Gung for a number of years. Kath is passionate about teaching people to slow down and reconnect with themselves and to the earth to live a healthier and happier life. Yoga Chi-Gung is a synthesis of aspects of Chi-Gung and Yoga, drawing from practices from Tibet, Japan, India and China. Yoga Chi-Gung helps the individual to cultivate self-awareness and engender health of the body-mind.
