Such a great weekend to reflect on.

It may have been busy but I am living my best life.
Visiting beautiful locations, working with clients in my home, sharing my passions with things I have created.

Oh and I didn't even mention I put the finishing touches to our 5 Senses trip.

I had to say goodbye to my best friend on Friday. I was lucky to become his Mumma over 12 years ago, when he was 18 months old and very scared of people and very reactive.
He became the most joyous funny, loving boy who made everybody smile.
Jetty/JoyBoy thank you for being the best boy and bringing so much happiness to the world.
We had the best time together from road trips in our camper van to beach runs and river walks. I will be looking for signs that you are still with me as I already miss you so much. 🤍

Jet is now almost blind and deaf he cannot walk down stairs, and jumps everywhere. He has good days and bad days. This is one of his good days. He is still so joyful and the most beautiful boy. He loves his sister too. 🐕🐕❤️

People often ask me what chakra massage actually does, so I wanted to share this in a simple way.
Our bodies hold onto so much more than we realise. Physical tension, mental overload, emotional experiences… they don’t just disappear, they settle into the body. Chakra massage is a gentle way of working through those energy centres and supporting the release of physical, mental, and emotional holding.
The Sacred Journey takes this a step deeper. It’s a blend of hands-on bodywork and intuitive energy work, and what I see again and again is this sense of relief. Clients often say they feel lighter, clearer, calmer. Like something has shifted without them having to talk it all through or force anything to move.
What I love about this work is that it’s not about fixing you. Your body already knows what to do. It just needs the right space and support to release what’s no longer serving it.

The universe sends you what you need.

This is Meagan my new business partner, I first met her 15 months ago as she hobbled up my drive desperate for a healing session. She suffered with neuropathy, had just undergone big spinal surgery , she felt unfit and depressed.
Little did we know that would be a profound day for us both.
Over the next few months we worked closely together on her healing journey and became good friends. Meagan's physical and mental health improved and she started back at the gym and working with me once a week in the garden.

Over that time I saw the hard work ethic, and other amazing qualities she possessed. It was then I invited her to be part of Sacred Glow Radiance, our new organic skincare range. We have not looked back. Meagan has 18 years experience in corporate business background as well as owning her own horse farm.
Combine that with my 35 years of experience in the wellness industry and creative side we fit like a glove. I have my role she has hers both just as important in our new venture.

Some days you just feel… off.
Not sick. Not injured. Just out of sorts.
Low energy, foggy, a bit emotional, slightly disconnected from yourself.

Sometimes it’s hormones.
Sometimes it’s electrolytes or stress. Sometimes it’s none of those and your body just hasn’t caught up with everything your mind has been carrying.

This is where I see chakra massage make a real difference.
It’s not about “fixing” anything. It’s about helping the nervous system settle, bringing awareness back into the body, and allowing stuck energy to move again. When the body feels safe and supported, things recalibrate naturally.

Clients often say they feel clearer, lighter, more grounded and more like themselves again. Not floating. Not spaced out. Just steady and calm.
