Finally finished the new essences Clarity, Gratitude and Love. They are helping me recover from the Radiation Therapy. Clarity is showing me truth. Gratitude is me feeling blessed and Love is universal energy of all that is.

Crawling out of the Rabbit Hole which I fell into due to depression of having Radiation Therapy on my left Lung Lobe I started singing I can see clearly now the rain has gone, I can see all obstacles in my way” Johnny Nash perfectly expresses this newfound clarity of vision and the promise of new beginnings. Nash uses the metaphor of rain to represent the challenges of life that prevent us from seeing things clearly. In the song, the rain clears up, the sun comes out and a rainbow appears representing hope and renewal.

Gratitude turns what little you have into abundance. Cultivate Gratitude by finding joy in the little things and make a conscious effort to choose to be happy every day by focusing on the positives even in challenging times be grateful for having a mindset of happiness that allows you to see beauty in imperfections and appreciate what you have, not regretting what you don’t have.
