We’re not here to “teach” kids in the traditional sense — we’re here to give them space to move, create, breathe, and be themselves. Through art, movement, and mindfulness, we help kids explore what’s already inside them.

No pressure. Just presence. And a lot of joy.

What an incredible start to our Easter Kiddimono workshop series today!

The energy was absolutely buzzing as the kids let their creativity flow—expressing themselves through fun dancing, unique paintings, and beautiful moments of stillness. It was so heartwarming to watch them connect with the belief that they are whole and complete just as they are.

At Kiddimono, we believe in creating a space where kids can truly be themselves—through art, movement, and mindfulness.

Each workshop has a thoughtful flow to help children calm their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and tap into their creative energy. We begin by grounding with a warm cup of tea, followed by playful movement to shake off any tension. Then, we dive into painting, allowing kids to express their feelings through colour, and we finish with a quiet moment to reflect and give thanks for the experience.

It’s all about finding balance, creativity, and connection in a way that feels natural and joyful. At Kiddimono, kids get to move, create, and feel at peace—all while having fun and learning more about themselves.

Kiddimono Workshop – Term One Kickoff!

Our very first Kiddimono Workshop of the term was filled with heart, creativity, and pure love! These kids were beyond kind, welcoming, and so connected to their inner selves through the power of painting.

It was truly magical to witness their hearts open up, sending love and positive energy out to the world with each brushstroke. What a beautiful reminder of the incredible impact kindness and creativity can have!

So grateful for these amazing little souls who filled the space with so much warmth and joy. Looking forward to more heart-centered creations this term! 💚
