Zumba Dates
Hi Everyone, please put in your diaries:

NO ZUMBA at the Cooroy Memorial hall on Thursday 18th September (both Zumba and Gold classes). Hall participants are welcome to attend on Tuesday 16th at 9.30am upstairs from Anytime Fitness $10 (slight discount if paying cash).

NO ZUMBA Tuesday 23rd September at Anytime Fitness Cooroy. I will honour your gym membership at the hall on Thursday 25th September - gold coin donation appreciated- (Please be aware there will be no classes on upstairs for gym members 22-26 September at this stage due to painting etc.) so if you sometimes do circuits please do join us in the hall.

Bums thighs and abs - 17 in class with 3-4 part regulars not there. The team work and happy vibes were so good.😊. It’s not a big room but we made it work.
