Food certainly effects longevity yet stress of what to eat should not outweigh what is eaten. I always aim for optimum life force. Life force effects cell health. When choosing my food I gravitate towards what is closest to nature (unprocessed), what is local, spray free, biodynamic, ‘happy’. I note what leaves me energised & what leaves my digestive system feeling at ease.
Ive had many years as vegan & vego & in certain environments i felt like that worked for me but for my current chapter (the last 6yrs on the Sunshine Coast) & climate I have loved bringing back meat. Quality over quantity. Often ill eat 2 meals a day, plenty of hydration, fruit before meals or in a healthy gap in between. Longevity in my opinion is the quality of the years as we age, not the quantity. Feeling good in one’s body & at ease in the vessel. What is one thing you are doing for your longevity today?
