Food certainly effects longevity yet stress of what to eat should not outweigh what is eaten. I always aim for optimum life force. Life force effects cell health. When choosing my food I gravitate towards what is closest to nature (unprocessed), what is local, spray free, biodynamic, ‘happy’. I note what leaves me energised & what leaves my digestive system feeling at ease.
Ive had many years as vegan & vego & in certain environments i felt like that worked for me but for my current chapter (the last 6yrs on the Sunshine Coast) & climate I have loved bringing back meat. Quality over quantity. Often ill eat 2 meals a day, plenty of hydration, fruit before meals or in a healthy gap in between. Longevity in my opinion is the quality of the years as we age, not the quantity. Feeling good in one’s body & at ease in the vessel. What is one thing you are doing for your longevity today?

Post sauna breaky this morning. Current fav for snack or on the go breaky. I pre-soak chia seeds in the fridge & currently adding dried blueberries, chopped mango (mine are frozen cheeks at present) along with Mungalli greek yogurt. You could add vanilla powder & or maple syrup, but im loving this blend as the dried blueberries pack a real flavour punch 👊 Chia seeds are excellent for hydration & energy. A good vehicle for goodness.

The acceptance of layers when healing can be such a refreshing perspective. Allowing the body time to integrate that which allows it to thrive. I believe we can all thrive if we really want it. Not just base line healthy, but thriving in our being ✨
I’m excited to be working with clients with this knowing.

Our first womb steam of 2026 is tonight 🌿 Such a lovely group gathering already. If you would like to join us it is 5:30-7:30pm in Cooroy. $50pp. A meditation & sharing circle with plenty of space to be & steam in silence, while with other women in circle 🥰 Any questions, ask away! We gather monthly. The herbs have just been popped in the slow cooker for tonight 💕

So many fabulous memories created over the last 6 days & so much simplicity ☀️
Equally a huge loss in my heart. The ebbs & flows, the ups & downs of life. The layers of being human. The gorgeous connections of this week have nourished me, as has the beach, the joy of riding my bike to the ocean of a morning, the sauna near the beach, the dolphin interactions, the laughter, the conversations, the dogs & the discoveries 🥰
Happy New Year to you! Here’s to new beginnings…(made up or not)…an opportunity to move with clarity & new direction if desired ✨

So many scrumptious morsels over the xmas eve, xmas day festivities ✨🎄✨
We had a cheese platter of spanish truffle cheese, french cheese like brie & a cranberry something… hommus, veg sticks, crackers, sicilian olives (my fav), fruit, nuts, gf crackers etc… some yummo chicken red capsicum & pineapple skewers with marinade & peanut satay sauce, steamed asparagus wrapped in pancetta, along with fig & goats cheese tartlets… served with some pomegranate kombucha & mint leaves.
For late breaky, after some paw paw & delicious watermelon early, we had some sourdough pancakes with apricot compote & berry compote, some vanilla bean Pana ice cream & maple syrup, figs & walnuts… then the beginnings of a rocket, burnt fig salad, etc etc… can you tell figs are a bit of a feature?!
Id eat them all year round as my chosen fruit if I could 😍
I hope you are eating all of the nourishment & enjoying all of the fabulous company. Enjoying plenty of hydration, laughter & movement like dancing 💃
I’m taking a pocket of time today to reflect on the year that has passed & what id like focus on & bring in to 2026, before I fly to Perth tonight 💫
The reindeer ears havent come off yet! Such a joy bubble for a few days a year 🎄

I love black tahini. Tahini in general, but black tahini is something else. Being a black food it is great for the kidneys. This morning i had turmeric sourdough with black tahini, basil pesto, avocado & grape tomatoes. Sprinkle of sea salt & some talls trees to soak in & it hit the spot 🙌 What did you have for breaky this morning?

Tomorrow night we are hosting our first (hopefully monthly) yoni steaming circle. Come & gather with other women & chat & receive while steaming. Bonita & I will be co-facilitating. It is held in Cooroy between 5:30-7pm. $50pp. There will be herbs brewing to use for your steaming, gorgeous chunky natural stools to steam from, organic tea to drink, education on steaming, a transmission/meditation while you steam, music, connecting with others - all in a casual warm space the The Natural Womb. This is perfect if you are navigating hormonal irregularities, painful periods, postpartum, general wellbeing, thursh, etc. Send me a DM if you’d like to join the small group already keen. Not suitable if you are bleeding or pregnant. Perfect just after your bleed though 🙌

I loved my breaky creation this morning & wanted to share ✨ I roasted some organic potatoes earlier in the week & wasnt eating the remainder so i blitzed them in the thermie for 1sec & then crisped them up in the pan with tallow. Chopped some brussel sprouts & broccoli & added to the pan to char & steam, then added a happy egg 🥚
Threw in a bowl once cooked them drizzled black tahini, olive oil, sea salt & radish sprouts 🌱on top. It was bangin’ 🕺 I recommend.
