Today’s herbal tea brew. The colour of these purple cornflower blossoms are gorgeous. So much fun blending these. I have a handful already made but happy to blend your own individual organic tea blend. It’s been over a month of fullness & I’m finally landing in the beauty of my time in Central Australia. The red dirt & blue skies are something else. The spring fed water hole, camping under the night sky at Lilla, the smoking ceremony on country, the herbal medicine brews over an open fire, the birthing cave, the timelessness of the first spiritual pilgrimage on Earth & so many moments of just breathing it all in. Beauty. Wisdom. Plants. Nature. People. Honouring nature 🌿

Upcoming warming Winter cleansing retreat, while camping amongst Mother Nature 🍃
We are so excited to welcome you to a 5 day, 4 night retreat on July 30th-Aug 3rd. Fire questions my way through a DM or in the comments. There will be a fabulous sweat lodge at the retreat to attend & so much warmth around the fire 🔥, sunrise walks, warming soups to cleanse with, nature to hold us, spring fed stream, magnesium pool, meditations & more.
Let’s choose this inward season to support our system & not wait until Spring or Summer.

We are so looking forward to welcoming tomorrow 💫
10-2pm in Cooroy down the alleyway across the road from The Butter Factory. I’ll be offering short iridology sessions, Bonita will do a womb transmission meditation taster at 11am along with some sound healing by Bronwyn. There is some art therapy for kids, zen thai tasters, cakes, kitchari, chai & scrummy herbal teas ive made & will have brewing. Ill be offering herbal tinctures & organic tea blends that have both felt so good to create 🍃 It’s going to be delightful. Pop in or come & stay to soak it all in.

Forest bathing. Hanging in the forest. Moving ones limbs amongst the tall gums. Shaking the cells among the negative ions. Call it what you want… it’s so good for the soul. This morning my pup & I explored, we pondered, we listened to a podcast, we sent voice notes to friends, we walked, we dipped in the fresh water, we walked some more. It was the best.

I did a 6month herbal course last year to reignite my connection to plants & the wisdom that herbs hold. Despite being a practicing Naturopath for 15yrs I wanted to be physically connecting more to plants & herbs & using them in multiple ways. Remembering their potency in all ways. Learning from passionate teachers around the world 🌎
Ecoversity is running their next course on March 19th for 6 months. We met weekly for a live call & there was plenty of support in the global community as well as individually if needed. I often have clients ask where they can learn & after experiencing Ecoversity’s herbal course I would highly recommend the quality & passion that I experienced over the 6months. It is so empowering to have this knowledge with us as we traverse chapters of life.
