Life brings out all the things that we are lacking of in order for us to question our reality.
Should you wished to stay in your field of challenges and remain in that space that has no end? Or will you let go and choose to cross that bridge and accept all challenges to pass through you while you face your journey and just keep moving until you reached the final destination where the path is simply an empty space , into nothingness and here we simply rest and witness the peace you have been longing for.

Meditation Technique:

Allow the space within your heart to
Feel empty. Simply stay there without filling up the gap. Give yourself the permission to tune in with your self without reacting from your senses. Just sit quietly in the spacious of your heart. Observe the chatters in your mind but don’t react. Observe your breathing patterns and witness the relaxation that brings . Ask yourself the fundamental question who am I and what am i doing here? What’s my purpose? Sit quietly and just listen. Let the spirit guide sink in without adjusting. Then follow the guide you received from within.

Life cannot be without effects . However, the world we see is not really what our life is for, we must deal with the cause to understand the true meaning of life.
For me: the meaning of life is to sets you all
Free from being the prisoners of this world , just simply cutting the chains of karmic imprints within my own mind , accept your innocence and see you as a whole and perfect as God created you to be , i sets you all free from the effects of my seeing and by doing so, i recognised I am free.

Any idea of what it feels like to be free from any thoughts that is not of God? When I am
In the state of remembering, I feel complete. There’s no need for me to do anything from this world to make me feel self assured. Just witnessing that my mind is at peace is more than enough. And in this moment I am happy for no reason at all.
And I feel good to see i can be happy without any contribution from my world. Just as I am is enough.
Wow this is what it truly feels like to be free. .

When 2 or more minds joined together for a singular purpose of remembering the truth of who we are, using the teachings of a course in miracles and becoming dependable on listening and following Jesus instructions , the peace of God resides in me.

By knocking in the kingdom of God, i forgive myself for believing what i thought the world is for, and i recognised where i truly abide.
I am remembering because I have my holy brothers and holy sisters to slowly guide me with unconditional love and forgiveness, and assists me in remembering the innocence within each others. I would have not be able to this without any supports . I am blessed to have you all in my letting go process.

We are free now, slowly walking together side by side waking up from a dream .

A love without defenses, without survival instincts, without demand, without control, even when emotions are triggered, is a choice I consciously make in order to stay true to the truth in me.

However, there are many times where unnecessary stress arises in me and wasting my energy while having a dialogue within my own mind in order for my emotional triggers to dissipate , it does gets easier now that I am well trained to let go , to forgive and let love grow.

At times it feels like I am just allowing love to unfold despite the facts that I seemed to be the one hurting in the process “( I know this is just a process of healing, I will not see it at all unless I choose to value it )”, the spirit in me says that these choices that I make gives hope to the humanity, that perhaps energy has risen enough from me that can makes a difference in the world , for the world to vibrate in the frequency of love without fear.

Within my own mind, I know this has to be done in order for me to relinquish what’s beyond my feelings, my thoughts, my forms, my peace of mind. And I know I am supported by my angels , my spirit guide and I am overcoming all the things that I misunderstood about myself and others and I rise in love .

Hope for humanity starts with me ❤️🌹🙏🏽

How to overcome your shadow in an ultimate way?

You must accept atonement for yourself.

“ I'm responsible for what I see I choose the feelings i experience and I decided upon the goal I would achieve and everything that happens to me I asked for and receive as I have asked” , recognised that I have been mistaken in this belief, I can let it go through my forgiveness and all the effects will be gone “ ~ A course in miracles

Indeed it is that simple! Only required is recognising the mistakes of perception and let it go.

What’s the shadow? The shadow is the thought that exists within your own mind that projects fantasies of new reality that dispel the people that are in your life right now usually your partner , avoiding to deal with current reality, rather project a new outcome that suits its fantasies. Usually, creates a delusional events such as manifesting a new energy that suits their expectations and give their feelings a sense of security that they are ok and better with this than dealing with the current situation they are facing with.

Choosing once again is the choice we all have to make once we are done with the constant battle of our continuance ignorance. Understand that relationships that we are having is unholy, by asking the Holy Spirit to show you the corrections so that your relationships becomes holy.

Know that there’s but two choices, one leads you to your shadow, and the other leads you to your real Self and it is this that can give you and your relationship a happy outcome.

Know the happy outcome is by knowing yourself, and when you do, the peace of God is within you, and in his name you carry that peace with you so that your relationships with others may also received the peace of God.

And the memory from the past once forgiven is deleted, your shadow will ceased to exists and you will witness eternity.

Ignorance is not bliss, the true bliss is knowing thyself 🌹🙏🏽💕

A message from the Holy Spirit yesterday:

“Unless you choose to value it, you will not see it at all “

I was having a little dialogue with the Holy Spirit and asking I would like just to smile and radiate my love into this world without feeling trapped in the never ending forgiveness, I would like to reach in the state of my mind where there’s nothing to forgive anymore because this world is constantly testing my patience, my tolerance, my faith in humanity.

Then I said to my Holy Spirit , how can I see this differently? And I heard HS said unless you choose to value it , you will not see it at all’. And so I said , ok then … I dropped the values I had about my attachments and ideas about this world.

Instantly I am released from my pain and agony about this world.

And in this instant my mind is free from anger. And I can see the light in my mind where smile on my face is effortless and I can see.

Just by simple surrendering of all my worldly attachments with special relationships and choosing only real relationships , I am feeling this is my new reality and it is this that I value.

Somewhere in my mind I resonates with the purity of my soul, and anything that is not pure I do not choose to entertain and waste my energy and time.

To be total committed to love like the way God loves me, it really begins with me receiving all of it without holding back.

So I shall embraced this and dedicate my remainder of my timeline receiving all that I am ❤️🌹🙏🏽💕

It doesn’t required time to do any of this, it’s simply an action of the mind to choose differently.
