Amy Moon Massage Therapist

Hello my name Amy & I have been helping people with muscular injuries and aches and pains for nearly 20 years. I am a member of the ATMS & offer Health Fund rebates.

I studied a Bachelor in Health Science, an Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathy and a Diploma in Remedial Massage at the NSW School of Natural Medicine, Coffs Harbour in 2004. Since then I have worked in many Health clinics in the Coffs Harbour areas and opened Remedia Homeopathy & Massage Center in Harbour Drive in 2008.

I started working from my home in Coramba after the birth of my first son & continue to do so. I also massage at the Women's Health Center in Coffs Harbour.

During a massage treatment, I aim to unwind underlying tensions, improve circulation, nerve conduction, and relax the nervous system. My technique is a combination of remedial massage & relaxation techniques, as the mind and body need to be relaxed in order for me to reach the underlying tension. To help unwind tension I may apply hot rocks or cupping techniques depending on which techniques are suited for your ailments. I also offer a Crystal Bliss treatment which is wonderful for stress management, this consists of a massage and a 20-minute crystal bowl sound bath.
