And that's a wrap for 2025 International Yoga Day!
This year, I celebrated again with offering lots of yoga classes at Elonera Montessori School for students from 3 years old to high school's old 😄 and even some of the wonderful teachers and staff.
2 very busy days that are so worth it when they exclaimed how good they're feeling afterwards or asking when is the next class because they enjoyed it so much 🥰
My very best way of celebrating 🙌🙌🙌
Maybe I'll see some of you out of school and on the mat🫶

The kids/tweens yoga class is back!
Starting on Feb 24th until the end of term 1.

This is a very small class with 6 children max so each child feels supported in a relaxing environment.

This is the perfect setting to develop body awareness, get active with warm up movements, explore balance and coordination, improve concentration and learn tools for self regulation and relaxation.

Pricing is $165 for this term.

Today was the last yoga for kids of the year.
We did it inside with air con because it was very hot today.
And you might also spot a weird looking mat that belongs to Kala, the beautiful and gentle almost therapy dog 😃

It’s lovely to see how kids grow and evolve in their practice.

Stay tuned for next year’s schedule.
There will be probably some changes.
