This week is our circle for learning to Channel our Spirit Guides. The meditation This week involved our Chakras and raising our vibration to connect to the Stella gate, which everyone had a different experience, from feeling lighter like floating, to a sense of dizziness as we entered a much higher state within ourselves. It is amazing to achieve this level of vibration.

We did our word exercise, where your word for the session chosen by you, always is relevant to us in some way where it can give us a revelation about ourselves. And bond here to our Spirit Guides, with their input to reveal more about our chosen word for us.

Our Automatic Writing session was about how to achieve balance and harmony with our Karma.
The messages given were amazing and very insightfu

These classes are in person in Bannockburn. Here in a small intimate group we begin with a meditation, exercises and practice our Channeling through Automatic Writing.

Learn to believe and to trust in your Spirit Guides guidance, be open to the signs that they may give us to show us they are really with us.

Our Spirit Guides are an important part of our Spiritual Journey, no matter whether you want to be a stronger Psychic or Medium or even to support those who give healings. They support all aspects of who we are, even if you haven't as yet stepped into your Spiritual Path.

I run these classes fortnightly on a Tuesday, morning 10am and night 7.30pm.

Today we think of our Mother's, its a day to appreciate their unconditional and pure love. A day to be grateful for all that they do, their sacrifices, for just being there.

And for those of us whose Mums are no longer with us here sharing this day, sit in the memories, still give them their bouquets of flowers, also know im sure they are still by your side sending their love and being forever grateful that you chose them to be your Mum

In our Psychic Development Circle this week, we began with a meditation to sit with our Spirit Guides to help build our bond in preparation for our Channeling session of Automatic Writing, the insights that came through were amazing.

We also practised our Mediumship, where one of my students made a strong connection to an Auntie of another student, passing on a much needed message. A first timer stood up, and with support and encouragement made a connection and totally surprised herself.

Everyone has the ability of Mediumship, with the right support and encouragement anyone can learn how to connect to Spirit.

I have been running my Psychic and Mediumship Development Circles for 16 years, it is a passion to see my students grow and evolve and enjoy all things Spiritual.

My circles are in person, and I do have some vacancies in both my morning and night sessions.

Due to my regular ongoing students requests, we will be doing Automatic writing, learning to connect and Channel our Spirit Guides in class this week.

Each week we do something different to tap into our Psychic Energy and intuition, also offering a space for those who want to practice their Mediumship skills.

Here also i offer a sacred space for those who have questions or wish to share their experiences and maybe looking for advice about their Spiritual journey.

So, what is self love?

When people say we should love ourselves first, what does that meal?

Loving oneself is about self worth.

Worthy if being seen.

Worthy of being heard.

Accepting that compliment

Deserving to make time for yourself without guilt. Whether it's catching up with friends for a coffee. Going for that long overdue massage.
Going for a relaxing and mind clearing walk in nature.
Experience a retreat without stressing about those back home, you deserve it

Knowing you deserve moments in your busy world to do what makes you happy, no guilt, no stress, no worrying about what other people think.

To truly love yourself, be proud of who you are, always remain true to who you are without influence.

Those around us in our world who we love, will always be a priority, but try and prioritise yourself along the way. It may be just a moment of being able to sit and read a book, or sitting in nature, or watching the waves roll up the beach.

It's about knowing your self worth is important too.😘

In my Psychic Development circles yesterday, we did a meditation where we tune into our Spirit Body, and imagine our Spirit Body separating from our physical body.

Our Psychic exercise focused on building our intuition, practising utilising our "clairs" and learning to acknowledge which clair is our strongest and which clairs we need to strengthen.

Our morning class also practised our Mediumship, where 3 of us worked together to connect to a Spirit person in the room, taking it in turns to give evidence and bring the message through.
