Do you know a young person whose chronic health issues lead to frequently missing school/uni?
π’ Calling all parents and young people with POTS! ππ
There is no government data on how many children and young people miss or withdraw from school and University due to chronic illness, and no specific data on how POTS affects school attendance.
The Australian POTS Foundation has launched an anonymous community survey to understand the impact of POTS on school and university attendance.
π Who can take part?
Carers of adolescents with POTS.
Young adults up to approx. 25 years old who are currently of school or university age.
Even if you are managing POTS well and attending school full-time, your response is important!
π‘ Why does it matter?
Your insights will help inform government, health, and education policy advocacy to improve support for students with POTS.
We currently have 4 surveys open and all can be found here:
π
The survey takes just 10 minutes and is completely anonymous.
