Hi to all my clients and their families 😀
I’m just checking in to see how you are all doing?
I’ve just been on a walk with my 13 year old daughter, yes we have been in isolation but exercise is still allowed outside while keeping distance.
Exercise is really important to my health both physically and mentally, so if your fit an able a simple walk around the block or backyard will do wonders for your mind and body- get some fresh air and get the endorphins flowing.
Remember to keep well nourished and hydrated in these times indoors, I always get a headache if I dont drink enough water.
Try changing “I have to stay home” with “ I get to stay home” , let’s be greatful for the health of ourselves and our family members 😀
