Our in-house nutritionist Hannah has teamed up with our practice owner/principal Dr Wen Guha, to create a supportive and realistic approach to nutrition and weight management.

Together, they’ve designed a program focused on personalised guidance, long-term habits and feeling supported every step of the way. The program is also supported by the team at Kinetic Medicine, with exercise physiology guidance included to help create a well-rounded approach to your health.

This is not about quick fixes, it’s about building something sustainable that works for you.
