If you’re skipping days, doing pebble poo’s, straining, have an incomplete feeling or have watery diarrhoea, this message applies to you.
If you are not having a bowel movement (a good satisfying and complete bowel movement) at LEAST every 24hrs, you are not eliminating properly and your body would do well to place some attention here.
If you are not eliminating waste from the body, its going to affect every single other process in your body.
Because each and every process relies on it.

Time and time again, women come into the clinic and they are bouncing backwards and forwards between specialists and GPs and testing. And it’s not to say that none of these things have a place. They do, of course.
But if your care provider isn’t addressing constipation & poor functioning detox pathways before handing you a drug, herb, supplement, protocol or diet, then you’re going to be swimming upstream babe.
It’s just going to be harder. No exceptions.
When you start to pay attention to the stagnation in the body, what it’s holding on to, and how you can let it go, you will see mountains move. You will see and feel and know space within your being.
Open the pathways. Let the body drain. Allow it a pathway to let go so that healing can start to take place.
It’s not the whole story of course, but if you had a blocked drain you wouldn’t start the bathroom reno until it was sorted. Same same.
