Hi Im Katrina,
For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in helping people. Throughout my 25-year career of running my own hairdressing business, I have had many thousands of conversations with my clients. I have supported them through divorce, loss of children and loved ones, retrenchment, cancer, dealing with teen issues, custody over children, & the stress of everyday life. That desire is what lead me to become the Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist I am today. Many of us carry stored emotions from past events in our lives, that burden is heavy, and it is real. Empathy and the ability to listen without judgement is in my DNA. There isn't anything I have not heard! I specialise in working with Anxiety, IBS/Gut issues and Relationship Issues, my passion is to help my clients undo old patterns that are keeping them stuck, helping bring back balance, control and meaningful purpose to their lives.
