✨ Supplements for skin — do they really work? ✨
Research suggests they can help. For example, a meta‑analysis of randomized trials found that taking oral hydrolysed collagen for ~8–12 weeks significantly improved skin hydration and elasticity — and even helped reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
