Our students show great commitment to their yoga practice each week and as a teacher I feel honored to be allowed to guide them on their journey. Below shows just how far they have come from beginners to Level 1.
Our Iyengar yoga classes start back in Term 3 tomorrow. There is some availability in the following classes. Suitable if you have past yoga experience or may have been away from yoga and want to get back on your mat.
Monday 7.15 am - 8.15 am General class
Wednesday Into to Level 1, 5 pm - 6.15 pm
Thursday Level 1, 5 pm - 6.30 pm

Next term, we have a new Beginners class starting on Tuesday July 22nd. Melijah will take this class from 9.30am to 10.15am. Yoga requires, and deserves, commitment. This is an opportunity to enrol for a term to learn the basics. 9 weeks $160.

Off to teach my morning class at 7.15 am till 8.15 am in a warm space for Beginners/General students. If you have been away from yoga for a while this class is a great way to get back to the mat and start practicing again. Yoga before work can help to cope with the day ahead too.

Our Iyengar Yoga classes start back in term 2 this week on Monday 28th of April from Beginners to Advanced at the Phillip Island Yoga studio.
If you haven’t tried yoga before Iyengar yoga offers focus on precise alignment, it helps correct and improve posture which can have benefits for the body and general health, as well as increased concentration and energy.

If you’re interested in trying Iyengar yoga for the first time or have been away from yoga for awhile, we have a Beginners/General class running on Monday mornings at 7.15 am till 8.15 am at the Phillip Island Yoga studio.
There are 2 classes left in term 1. If you are keen it’s a great opportunity to come try our class.

A new Beginners Iyengar class is starting next Monday the 3rd of February at 7.15 am and will run for 1 hour. No or some experience welcome.

If you have been thinking of starting up yoga but may be busy in the afternoons/evenings, this class may suit your schedule.
Practicing yoga in the morning is a great way to start the day just like a cup of coffee ☕️, it wakes your body up and gets you ready for the day ahead.
You will learn to move your body and align yourself in the poses from the base up in a safe way.
The foundation course will run for 8 weeks.

I’m very excited to announce a new early morning class aimed at Beginners and those with a little more experience starting in term 1 2025. There is no better way to start your day before you head off to work or your daily jobs then getting on the mat for yoga 🧘🏻.
The class will run for 8 weeks and starts at 7.15 am at the Phillip Island Yoga Studio located in Wimbledon Heights and will go for 1 hour.
