Spinners & Weavers held a Needle Felting Workshop on Thursday, 24th April, in the little gallery rooms.
Ashford Needle Felting Kits were used to create Penguins, Pandas, Owls, Pekeko, Tui, and a Turkey.
Everyone agreed it was an interesting and fun day with a few more finishing touches to our creations, we will have them ready for a display later in the year.
Thank you to the Patchworkers who participated in the workshop. We enjoyed your company.

Four members from the Spinners & Weavers group, Alison, Graham, Maria & Pam, attend the Koorawatha Show on Sunday, 4th March, to demonstrate spinning and weaving. All agreed it was a great time talking, answering questions, and demonstrating to all ages.

This is a beautiful hand knitted baby shawl with a detailed pattern expertly created by Sheryl, one of our members.
This shawl is for a future great grandchild and will become a treasured family heirloom.
