• We stock a range of products in store, including medicinal herbs, teas and medicines, books, all natural beauty products from Jane Iredale and also the beautiful Ayurda skin care products. I’ve just started studying Vedic Astrology, Jyotish, and learning about the Nakshatras- the star constellations that give us more direction, meaning and understanding.

This is an auspicious New Moon in Swati Nakshastra that has the power of the wind, this is the breath of fresh air and clarity.

It’s the full moon that was the day of enlightenment of Buddha under the Banyan tree.

It is a full moon that brings hope, clarity and a breath of fresh air. It’s a time of letting go of the old and allowing for true awareness to come in. The opportunity for new offerings and a clear way through.

Tonight is a time to meditate, especially using a breath mantra like So Ham. Clearing space and aligning with this wind of change that’s moving through. 🙏💫🌕

A cooking workshop to me is a space where we can come together to be fully hands-on with food prep. I LOVE seeing the creative juices flowing, seeing problem solving when things don’t go exactly right, ah-ha’s and triumphs. The buzz in the room is high-vibe, enlivening energy.

Food to me is a way to truly nourish yourself, and to create balance, not only in your body, but in your mind and emotions as well. Try sitting with a beautiful warm chai in these cool autumn days and see how everything settles.

All of this is Ayurveda 💗 community, warmth, vitality and connection.

Cooking workshops are back!!! 💗👩‍🍳

On Sunday I travelled to Orange for the first Ayurvedic Autumn Cooking Immersion of this season.

Through this hands-on cooking experience, we unpacked practical life tools and simple daily practices, and cooked a range of delicious and nourishing autumn recipes to bring balance at this time of year.

Autumn brings the qualities of dryness, lightness and change. This shows up as dry skin, dry hair, dry joints, variable digestion including bloating, constipation, and gas, coldness, restless sleep, and a mind that feels scattered or unsettled.

What we explored together was how simple shifts in the kitchen can soften all of that. Warm, cooked meals, gentle spices, good oils, and a slower, more intentional way of preparing food.

The women who came were incredible! Open, engaged and completely all-in. There was such a willingness to learn, to try something new, and to reflect on what their own bodies are asking for right now.

The takeaway’s were simple.
To eat more warm, nourishing meals.
To support digestion rather than override it.
To align themselves with the rhythms of nature.
And most importantly, that it actually can be both delicious and simple and still make a big difference.

To conclude a fabulous long weekend, Yoga is on tonight, 5-6pm. Create a smooth transition into the change of your body clock by regulating your rhythms with Yoga, meditation and breathing practices.

I especially recommend enjoying Wednesday's early morning class while your body is still in daylight savings rhythm. It'll feel like a sleep in as your body adjusts. Its the only week of the year you get to do this 🤍

BTW, Yoga's not the new anything, it's the ancient wisdom practice that's supported optimum total health for millennia. Even a little, just one class a week, can make a big difference to how your life looks and feels.

Meditate In your Pyjamas In March 📿🧘🏽‍♀️🥳

My dear friend, Cherie Stitt, who's also a long-time Meditation Teacher, and myself have thought, (and discussed) for a long time, how great it would be to offer a weekly meditation session.

And so for the Month of March we are choosing to do just that.👏🥳

The Pyjama Meditators Group is on Monday nights, 7pm AEDT. The invitation is open to everyone, including the option to choose to turn up in your pyjamas. (just a choice!)

The session begins with grounding, followed by the chance to share something from your week, eg. manifesting, awareness, choice, a vibration raising experience, etc,

We'll have time for a few shares each week. It's an opportunity to share wisdom and truths, and to be heard.

There'll be a 20 minute guided meditation, followed by the chance to journal with a prompt provided.

The sessions won't be recorded so we'd love you to be there in person.

In exchange for this experience, Cherie and I invite you to make a payment of your choice via Stripe which we'll provide on the night.

The starting amount is $5 which you're able to change or not as you desire.

28 days. A clean beginning. A natural reset.

After the mixed-salad energy of January, this month feels like an invitation to simplify, clarify, and choose intentionally.

✨ What’s asking to be changed in your life?

It doesn’t need to happen all at once.

What a fabulous way to finish the long weekend. An hour of yoga to settle and reconnect before you step into the last week of January. For so many of us, it's really the end of the holiday break and the start of the "real" 2026.
