Such a big topic for women from 35 onwards. This week alone I had three women share with me the frustrations of trying to navigate this journey, where the only answer they've being given is HRT.
These women feel frustrated, disempowered, and uncomfortable with no tools to address what's happening. They're confused not only about western medicine but also about natural therapies; what to use and what to expect. Many coming with questions about Ashwaganda or shatavari. Every woman's journey is unique and there is no magic pill. As humans, we are designed to change. As hormones change and menstruation ceases, the body does change. What these changes can be is an extended list of increasingly uncomfortable issues, associated with both mind and body.
