Flint St. Services is a well-equipped facility for the hire and use of Allied health professionals and assistants. We have 3 Consult Rooms, a gym and two dedicated Allied health and support assistants on-site, ready to assist with any referrals and provide ongoing support.
Flint St. also provides small group fitness classes, personal training, allied health services, and full access to both in-person and virtual allied health professionals

Hi I'm Nicole and I am the owner of Fit Fix Active .

I’m trained in Early Childhood education and have spent nearly 20 years working with children, both on and off. For the past 15 years, I’ve also worked as a personal trainer. About eight years ago, I began working in support roles at an Early Childhood center and it was then that I realised this was the perfect fit for me.

Recently, I launched Fit Fix Active to inspire the Cowra community to prioritise health and fitness by offering personal training and small group fitness classes at Flint St. Not long ago, I had been given the incredible opportunity to work with a local company in AHA, and I absolutely fell in love with it. This passion for people, rehabilitation, sports and movement has led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Sports Science, specialising in Exercise Physiology. I, along with Tailored4U Support Services will be providing AHA and Support to our professionals offering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and so much more... Stay tuned.

I’m thrilled to start this next chapter for Fit Fix Active , partnering with Tailored4U Support Services using the facilities at Flint Street Child and Family Intervention Services - Cowra to create this incredible new facility for our local families in Cowra.

Hello! I'm Amber the owner and director of Flint Street Child and Family Services.

I am an Independent Allied Health Assistant and Early Childhood Educator based in Cowra, NSW. With a decade of experience in the disability sector, I currently work independently, collaborating with a range of Allied Health professionals to support children and families in Cowra and the surrounding areas.

Flint Street Child and Family Intervention Services - Cowra is a dedicated space is specifically designed for Allied Health Professionals and Assistants. Flint street aims to provide consistent, supported therapy for families, and the space is equipped with specialised resources and equipment tailored to various Allied Health services supported by Allied Health Assistants.
