🌞Crabbes creek hall is holding yet another great event. Which I am super excited to be apart of. I will be holding the kids activities space filled with arts and crafts- natural resource face masks, mindful colouring in and of course a playdough station. And that’s a wrap 🥰🥰
My January kids yoga program was amazing.
I am so grateful to have been able to share this space with your little humans.
Learning how to use and regulate your body can take time, seeing the excitement and joy on their faces after trying a new pose or when they would sit and take a few deep breaths before moving onto the next tasks. Sitting up after a meditation and telling me how calm they feel and that their heart is happy brings me so much joy 🥰😍

I can’t wait to share what’s next with-
Kids yoga with Hannah.

To everyone who supported me and showed up I appreciate you! I know it was hard with the current state of things. We had a few bumps in the road, isolations for everyone was tough. I’m just glad we got the two weeks in.
