What is your scale of happiness today, or this week?
It’s so easy to live life and forget to actually enjoy it.
This a beautiful reminded to:
✨ Do the things you love
✨ Use the nice crockery
✨ Wear the pretty dresses
✨ Go for the evening sunset walks
✨ Lie on the grass and gaze at the stars or clouds
✨ Dine out for that delicious meal
My number one thing I miss doing that I used to do a lot of, is going for a solo walk in nature, in the peace and quiet where no one else is around, out in the bush. Just me, the birds, and all the flora and fauna.
I also love painting, whether it’s watercolour, acrylic or colouring in. I find it so soothing and calming for my mind, body and soul.
