🙏 5-Day Residential Meditation Retreat – Adelaide 🙏
We are delighted to share that Most Venerable Bambalapitiya Gnanaloka Thero will be visiting Adelaide to conduct a 5-day residential meditation retreat.
Ven. Gnanaloka Thero is a highly respected meditation master known for his deep love of solitude. He spent many years practising intensive meditation in the forests of Sri Lanka and the Himalayas, living the ancient Buddhist tradition of cārikā - wandering on foot and relying solely on alms.
🧘♂️ The Retreat focuses on directly engaging with the Buddha’s words through wise contemplation of the Suttas, helping to clear one’s path towards enlightenment.
