Different types of massage can benefit you in different ways. For example, therapeutic massage (which is the most common form of massage in Australia, and the style in which I am trained) promotes relaxation and aids circulation, whilst focusing on muscular knots. My training also covers Shiatsu massage (an oriental massage technique that aims to improve energy flow by working certain points of the body), and sports massage (which includes a blend of techniques that aim to enhance performance and help overworked muscles to recover quickly. Hot stones can be added to your massage treatments as well for an extra $15 - not only are these great for relaxing those stubborn muscles but the properties of the stones themselves are very grounding and soothing. I can help you on your way to a healthier, more active and stress reduced lifestyle - if you have any further questions on any of the massage techniques described, or wish to discuss a massage plan tailored to suit your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly on 0419 35 77 22.
