It’s the best day of your life when you decide to trust another to help you and love you just as you are. You’ll know you can trust because you can FEEL love pouring from them. Trust what you feel, pour all your love out to them, learn to grow the love you can give and you will know what it is to be a part of my spiritual community, where I know real love.

The list of reasons to not jump have been long and enduring. I’ve wanted the joy and exhilaration but not enough. Today the strength of my desire for that joy won. At last!! Woohooo!!

The joy comes after facing and overcoming the shackles of fear even if you haven’t landed quite as you’d hoped, unshackled is just the best feeling!

When a person decides to face themselves and their fear of exposure by seeking help, often they fear what I might think about them when they tell me their story and secrets. When they are met with softness, genuine interest and no judgement, then a plan of action to grow through the problem and leave it behind, their joy comes with huge relief. Fear is a burden so heavy that it physically and spiritually slows you down. When it’s faced and overcome, lightness and pure joy is yours.

So.. how much do you desire to feel joy?

The spiritual learning I have been and continue to be privileged to be a part of since 2009 with sphinxspiritual.com has enabled me to change and become a very different person to who I was. That’s a very good thing. I was angry, hard, felt life was unfair and blamed everyone else but myself for where I had got myself to. That made me miserable. The opposite to loving.
Intensively over those years, I have continuously looked at myself, learnt how to change and what i want to change and set about making the change. Not always at the speed I’d like but I will never give up.
I am committed to learning from this incredible organisation and the integrity, the purity of the teachers is exhibited to me over and over again. Their commitment to my growth inspires me to be the same for my clients and I celebrate their growth like I’m watching a child walk for the first time.
I believe if you don’t understand something, seek to learn about it. So I share this video from my teachers to offer an insight into where my learning, my healing modalities come from.

If you can see beauty in this wonky rule breaking hat, then see the beauty in you. It breaks every rule of a ‘perfect’ ‘desirable’ ‘ideal’ piece of knitting, yet here we are. It is a story of false starts.. but were they? Here we are, at a whole. A hat worthy of a proud wearer, to recognise deeply that the journey travelled delivered all the beauty here. And that is you.

When a client begins to see and feel beauty and joy again after holding enormous pain from deep hurt, I feel my heart expand more and more - I’m doing what I’m meant to do. I believe in the power of all I’ve been taught to share because it firstly helped me, and so I was driven to learn so I could help you. It should not be held quietly to me when you could feel joy and beauty and so love because of it.

These nights are treasured for me, pure knowledge direct from spirit has been the basis of healing me, growing me and now healing and helping others to grow.
